    Senior Analyst in Quantum Computing

    Accenture
  • 1 Jahr und 10 Monate, Aug. 2019 - Mai 2021

    Accenture

Big Data, Cloud and Quantum Computing

  • 2 Monate, Mai 2019 - Juni 2019

    Python Backend Developer

    Signals GmbH & Co. KG

I developed parsers, binary and data cache writers for file formats used in chemical and biophysical measurement devices such as UV/VIS spectrometers and calorimeters. I reverse-engineered and extracted data from (undocumented) binary formats. I performed the unit tests of my software on a local server and my modules were maintained using the GitHub version control software.

  • 3 Monate, Aug. 2018 - Okt. 2018

    Research and Teaching Assistant

    Max-Planck-Institut für Biophysik

I worked as a scientific researcher at the department for theoretical biophysics. I performed atomistic MD simulations of biomolecules on inorganic crystal surfaces using the GROMACS package. I analyzed the adsorption/desorption behaviors of nucleic acid-mica systems in different cationic environments using GROMACS tools and the MDAnalysis library. I prepared, scheduled and ran steered pulling simulations to determine the force-extension curves of adsorbed nucleic acids used for AFM experiments.
