Main responsibilities were to coach and train my team to ensure that sales target where exceeded and also to ensure great Customer Service and daily accounts.

I was responsible for the day to day running of the Hotel, Manage all operational aspects, oversee reception, house keeping and maintenance departments and to ensure the overall effective management of the Hotel.

Lead, train and motivate team, supervision of adult and teen activities, student welfare queries, airport transfers, interviews for potential employees, set up activity programmes inline with company budget, liasing with other schools across the world, negotiating prices with suppliers, assisting Marketing manager when necessary amongst others.
