• Achieving the sales target of the store • Manage the store sales team of 15 to ensure customers are been served at the right time • Inventory management • Visual Merchandising and store appearance • Assisting employee recruiting training and development • Strict adherence to SOP • Assist store manager to meet up all the parameter • Facilitate other operational aspect to render the best customer experience • Market Analysis and reporting

• Rate filing, negotiation and confirmation • Coordinate with operations team • Tran shipment follow-ups and update the customer • Synchronize with documentation team to handover B/L • Collection of outstanding amount • Address customer’s special requests (SSR/Waiver/Credit Extensions approval etc) • Handling change of destination and Back to Town cases • Miscellaneous – VGM Follow-ups, Compliance/HAZ approvals, financial and documentation
