Responsible for the planning and implementation of an acceleration program for startups - Beta-start. Reporting to a member of the board made part of the strategic team that designed the 4 weeks program for around 15 startups per edition that happens in Lisbon 4 times a year. Was in charge of the operations of the program and gave a hand on external contact with sponsors and partners.

Reporting to the Head of Ad Sales and Sponsorship Portugal, was responsible for creating, selling and implementing advertising campaigns, special actions and sponsorships for MTV Portugal and Nickelodeon. Worked with OnAir, Online and On The Ground platforms. Coordinated traffic operations.

Reported to the Marketing Director was working with institutional communications, Deloitte branding, media relations and PR related activities.
