I am interested in helping an organization develop a strong recruitment department over a regional or national expansion. I enjoy recruiting physicians because I feel it is my contribution to our communities to bring good physicians in to take care of our citizens. I strive to be a help to those who are less fortunate and to try to use my life lessons to help others at a grass-roots level
