• Management of Consulting And Deployment Portfolio of Projects for Dell-EMC towards Vodafone GDC and Kabel Deutschland. • Management of about 40 direct and Indirect resources . (Including Off-shore unit in Cairo and Bangalore and 3rd Party Suppliers) • Supervision of about 100+ Projects of different sizes. • Management of Budget of about 2 Million Euros per Quarter.

• Principle responsibility is to deliver 4 Releases in a year of the IT,Billing and CRM Systems and their Integration points from the Required Definition Phase until the Go-Live Phase including management of SLAs for the associated Support and Maintenance . • Manage the delivery teams in Germany,UK,India and Russia. • Management of Product Strategy and Roadmap. • Management and Improvement of Delivery KPIs to avoid penalties and service credits.

• Principle Responsibility to Deliver the 50 Million Euro Convergent Charging System Program including all the effected peer systems around it through Concept & Business Case, Requirement Definition,Solution Design,Development,Deployment And Integration,Testing And Acceptance. • Responsibility includes Delivery of 52 IT,Network,Online,BSS ,OSS and Digital Products and the subsequent Integration thereof.

• Helping T-Systems Customer to develop their Cloud Strategy plus a corresponding cloud roadmap to guide implementation. • Standardized migration and systems integration solutions for a smooth, seamless cloud transformation into T-Systems Dynamic Services Platform . • Working Closely with T-Systems partners like VMWare in the assessment of roadmap planning, ,release planning, architecture, license model and cost for Platform as a Service.

Responsible as a central point of contact for all related activities towards customer organisation. Acting as a Project Lead to deliver complex project according to plan, specification and with high quality standards expected by our customers. Responsible for managing professional services related pre-sales activities eg: Answering RFI/RFQ, implementation proposal, project schedule, resource schedule , budgeting , Operational KPIs and SLAs, Training etc. Setting up a Cross country Project Delivery Team.
