• Improve and evolve Endpoint Management services portfolio • Develop and test product offerings for Endpoint Management services, including Software Distribution, OS Evergreen, Patch Management, and Platform and Tooling • Establish and maintain standard service scopes, operational descriptions, technical standards, RACI, RBAC, and cost calculations • Demonstrate expertise in managed services operating models and develop suitable service offerings that align with internal, customer, and market requirements

- SME & lead for Endpoint Management transition & transformation Projects. - End-to-end planning and designing of Intune architecture. - iOS, Android, Windows 10 device management through Intune. - Windows autopilot and co-management through Intune. - Windows update deployment and reporting through Windows Update for Business. - Patch and Feature update deployment for Windows 10 devices through Intune. - Application deployment and management through Intune and SOTI.

Enterprise Mobility Management : Administration and diagnosis using Mobile Iron, Airwatch, O365 MDM solutions. Moibileiron VM server build/ re-build based on requirement. Mobileiron, Airwatch server upgrades to fix any bugs/issues with the preinstalled product versions. Troubleshoot MDM issues and co-ordinate with required teams to fix issue

Support and maintain device administration activities including device registrations through dynamic labelling/ retirement/ Device Wipe/ Devicelock,unlock etc. Administration of MobileIron group and security profiles. Configuration and Proactive monitoring of MobileIron Sentry, ActiveSync and E-Mail Flow. Distribute and administration of In-house/Recommended apps, webpages OTA to mobile iron registered devices.

Enrol/Register the devices Device Inventory, GPS based - Locating map Configuring corporate policies including exchange Active Sync, Wi-Fi, VPN etc Application Management/restriction Perform security actions on the registered devices Create security, privacy, restriction, Email and other required policies for the MDM registered devices Device application on boarding and asset tracking Upgrade the MDM servers to the latest version, apply hotfixes if required DR drill plan
