CAD Data legacy format conversions for components and drawings. eg- migrating data from AutoCAD to Solidworks. Developed drawings for electrical harnessing or routings in railway bogies. Customisation of sheet metal components such as enclosures, Guards and other components in bogies.

Complete Product development of Special Purpose Machines from concept, design, drawing creation to Quality check in a team environment. Designed machines such as packet dispensers, bank cheque deposit machines, aerosol spraying apparattus etc. Have conducted trial runs on machines to collect performance data; and improve accuracy & efficiency. Trained junior employees in CAD systems such as CATIA & AutoCAD. Worked alongside sales team in Pre-sales role for new business development.
