Accountable for end to end quality assurance of a large size, prestigious and confidential program in Bayer Business Services. Authored Test Strategy, RACI, Test Plan for whole program QA. Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Program QA (System Integration and User Confirmation tests) to both Bayer Business Services and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Responsible for QA stake holder (Both customer and TCS - Design & Development teams, Infrastructure teams, BPS teams management etc.) management.

Involvement in all phases of software testing lifecycle i.e. Requirement analysis, Test planning, Test design, Environment setup, Test execution, Defect management, UAT closure. Defect management and Test management by using HPQC. Reporting to client/senior management on progress and issues. Compiling test metrics for management (Defect turnaround time, Defect leakage, Defect aging).

Primary responsibilities include governance of SAP based new forwarding environment and coexistence with legacy systems for DGF. Monitor schedule & quality parameters of functional unit testing, integration testing, and system integration and user acceptance testing for the program. Testing E2E scenarios covering all modules i.e. SAP CRM, TM, GTS, PI, ECC. Responsible for maintaining the traceability matrix

Understanding the requirement and designing the test cases. Prepare the scenario to ensure that all the requirements are covered. Maintaining the traceability matrix. Execution of Test Script with desired quality attaching test evidences to ensure smooth audit. Planning the regression run. Defect management using HP Quality Centre. Conducting defect triage to ensure quick resolution of defects
