- responsible to coordinate the flow and status of optical heads between departments and within testing - in close cooperation with our Test Engineers, prepare , execute and document tests in the areas of structural mechanics , thermal, optics and electronics - responsible to maintain the Failure catalogue - point of contact along with the factory acceptance team lead for all test operators, quality, production and engineering - final review and signing of test reports

- Operating and maintaining mechanical, optical, electronic, and thermal test beds to test laser communication terminal functionality - Collaborating closely with engineers to communicate and analyze test results, provide feedback, and support troubleshooting efforts - Documenting the test procedure and test results - Performing functional and environmental tests

- part of the International “R&D” (research and development) teams - supporting the process development engineer in testing and quality control - safe handling of ultrashort pulse lasers and CO2 lasers - adjustment and alignment of the laser beam path of laser material processing machine in the laboratory - operation of measuring systems such as microscope and bending strength measuring device (4 points bending) & precise sample measurements with the Instron program - quality control of product
