Thorough product management comprising the following steps: - Preparing the new collection - Presenting the new collection to the store managers and determining of the order quantities for each store - Booking the necessary fabrics and accessories and determining on the delivery dates - Selecting the suppliers and following up the supplier actions and production process - Determining of the retail prices of the goods - Sales analysis

- Presenting the new collection to the customers [H&M (Sweden) and El Corte Ingles (Spain)] - Making price calculations for the products - Producing and delivering the proto- and production samples in cooperation with the sampling and the production departments - Supervising the production and the delivery of the goods to the customers

- Presenting the new collection to the customers [Dries van Noten (Belgium), El Corte Ingles (Spain), Torras (Spain), Olsen (Germany), Aesthetic Industrie (Germany), Lederbekleidungsring (Germany), Hanae Mori (Japan), Beymen (Turkey), Vakko (Turkey)] - Making price calculations for the products - Producing and delivering the proto- and production samples in cooperation with the sampling and the production departments - Supervising the production and the delivery of the goods

- Forwarding the selected proto and production samples to the headquarter in Germany - Following up the fabric quality and the sampling approvals, and forwarding all necessary information received from the headquarter to the suppliers - Informing the suppliers of the order quantities; receiving the order and the delivery date confirmation - Entering the order quantities, production processes, approval and delivery dates into the data recording system
