At Nimble Digital, I have progressed through multiple roles, starting as an Associate, moving to Senior Associate, then Social Lead and Head of Performance, and ultimately becoming Head of Growth. Along the way, I’ve taken on increasing responsibility, led a team, driven strategic initiatives, and delivered measurable digital growth and successful campaigns for multiple B2C/B2B clients. I established KPIs for both paid and organic channels. I worked both strategically and operationally across all paid channels, and coordinated the digital marketing strategy between the e-commerce team, the marketing team, and the digital agency.

As a consultant for Soundtrap for Education (previously Spotify-owned) my main objecive was to implement a revised growth strategy, leveraging paid marketing efforts to maximize reach and engagement, but with enhanced focus on the target audience that matters the most – Educational institutions.

Working as Network Relations at Instajobs, part of Academic Work, involves everything that has to be done to maintain a good relations within the network. It includes recruitment and expand the network, help and coach instinctively to get attractive profiles and become successful in their job search through the app. Work with administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing and time reporting. And also and most important to be involved in the development of Instajobs.

As a Social Commerce Intern I've had a lot of different tasks. I have planned and structured the global channels with what content to publish. I have written/selected copy for various posts, both on Instagram and Facebook. During events that we've had in the retail stores I photographed and then edited the pictures for Instagram. As a sales associate at Best Of Brands I mainly worked with women's clothing and accessories. Cashwrap- handling, uncovering customers needs with advisement and following up with new products. Customer service is a must as a seller and something I have good knowledge within.

For the past 5 years, I have worked for We are Stockholm/ Stockholm Culture Festival as backstage manager. It includes keeping contact with artists and profiles continuously giving the best service. Handling backstage duties as being an hostess. Also manage employees and making sure everyone is having a good time. I also have skills when it comes to planning and time-estimation through out this process before and after the festival.

From 2015 I worked at Hollister CO. as a Brand Representative. I was an ambassador for the company as a seller and worked a lot on the floor. Sales techniques, cashwrap-experience and learning various strategies to achieve today's budget were parts of what one had to do. I also got experience in working in the stockroom, which means that I have experience of warehousing, inventory, sending goods, unpacking, sensoring and pricing goods.
