As an Associate Quality Lead for a Pharmaceutical client, I was part of a project to streamline the approaches used for creating regulatory submission documents under a common user interface to ensure 21 CFR 11 compliance. The project also included adding new functionality to manage eCTD submissions, electronic authoring review, approvals and archival. My main role was to review IQ/OQ scripts for the validation of these new systems, and transfer knowledge about the project to full time employees.

Part time consultant for optimizing the Raintoday.com website layout and integration of Web 2.0 components. Directly responsible for conducting user surveys and shaping the website to suit the needs of customers, with the ultimate goal of acquiring and retaining more customers. Also co-authored and helped lead research efforts for a 70 page thought leadership guide titled "Professional Services Guide to Online PR"

Directly responsible for the sales and marketing efforts for the Cryosettes (Biological tissue sample containers, www.cryosettes.com). Additionally responsible for part-time help in healthcare consulting projects and help with investor powerpoint presentations.
