Dennis Schwendinger

Currently I am working as an IT-System administrator at Volksbank Lindenberg eG. My daily doings are incident management, installing, configuring and maintaining clients, cash self-service devices and network components. Further tasks are monitoring of databases, servers and the network. Another part of my job is the administration of Lotus Domino/Notes and the creation of dynamic forms and documentations.

Keepbit, the next employer was also an IT-System house. I was active in the support section of IT and telecommunication. Additionally I worked in on-site support with tasks like installing, configuring and maintain of clients, servers, network components and software solutions. Other parts were monitoring of network components, software products and take care of the active directory. Further tasks were incident management, training and Instruction of employees. At last I had to plan and organize projects.

After my apprenticeship I worked by Adlon an IT-System house near Ravensburg. In this time I undertake the customer support for the first and second level support in the part of incident management and change management. Also I worked in section of lifecycle management on site of the customer.

I have passed my apprenticeship at Telekom in Ravensburg. In this time I traverse four stations. Station one was “DTTS” Technical Services for private customers.
