Directing and managing the entire commercial strategy, buying and sourcing for all product lines of lingerie, underwear (ladies & mens), nightwear, legwear, shapewear and accessories. This includes the Palmers brand and P2 bodywear (wholesale). Implementing all commercial strategies from scratch, including range building, product development, price architecture, brand values and buying & sourcing. Reporting directly to the CEO, working alongside the Management Team at Palmers and its current operations.

Consulting LTM Consult Vienna during the Due Diligence of Palmers Textil AG Austria on all strategic and commercial aspects of fashion retail with a focus on Buying, Design, Merchandising and Sourcing processes and structures.

In charge of all purchasing activities including product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, sourcing, order placement, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the designers, sales, marketing and support departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Drove new content strategy and identified structural ways to add value for customers.
