• Good knowledge in Arbor (TMS, CP, FS, PI, SP) DDoS Mitigation Services since 2+ Years. • Good knowledge in SOC activities & hands-on of Splunk, ArcSight, Q-radar & Blackstratus SIEM tool. • Network and infrastructure devices knowledge: Firewall, IDS, IPS, Routers and switches. • Preparing fingerprint and signature of attacks on Arbor Peakflow & IPS Devices. • Vulnerability Assessment and policy compliance management: Internal Server Security Certifications using Nessus, Qualysguard & Nmap etc.

• Day to day DDoS operations to protect 45+ Customer’s. • Performing administrative task required for successfully setup and maintains a running deployment. • Setting up the Countermeasures to detect DDoS attacks e.g.: IP Location Filter, Zombie Detection, TCP SYN Authentication, DNS Authentication, TCP Connection Reset, Payload Regular Expression, DNS Rate Limiting, DNS Regular Expression, HTTP Rate Limiting etc

• Training & handling different clients for L1 support (Networks, Desktop). • Worked with different clients (SAIL, MTS, Wipro, Usha Electronics etc.) • Perform Site Surveys, and provide documentation for Cable Companies. • Design the layout for cable Installations. • LAN designing including setting of VLANs, VTP, QoS and Layer 2 security. • Install, maintain and troubleshoot network equipment to include routers and switches.
