Finalizing/ Freezing Layouts & Scheme of HVAC, DG, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, CCTV, PA System, WTP, STP consulting with Consultant & Architect. Vendor Finalization and proper execution along with specification and freezed layouts of above services. Project management. Responsibility to check measurements, bills, as built drawings at site.

Responsible for the getting the order for the Retrofit (HVAC) jobs & execution, billing of the same at time.

Responsible for getting the preliminary reports prepared for HVAC Services discussing the same with the Clients & Architects. Detailed deigning of HVAC System. Working Drawings for service system in accordance with interior layouts. Periodic Site Supervision. Prepare tender documents, assist in site supervision, monitoring of work schedule and generating of bills.
