Acted as a DB administrator & developer in an internal project Worked with business units and business requests in the area of energy. Gained experience working on MS SQL Server DB & created scripts in TSQL (Stored procedures,Views,Functions). Worked in Agile environment (Scrum & extreme programming). Updated the documentation in development environment to share on the internal information portal. Performed ETL, data importing and data transformation process. • Installation and configuration of Oracle software using UNIX and shell commands. • Design and maintenance of database (creating users and roles, assigning privileges). • Research and Implementation of Oracle Streams using PL/SQL programming on Golden 6 database tool for data replication between tables and databases. • Gained knowledge on Oracle 11g features, database modeling, archiving.

• Worked on Golden 6 Database client by querying the database to get results of data from production servers. • Used Microsoft Visio to make a document stencil for the production servers in the company to represent the front end, backend and middleware layers and the associated productions correspondingly. • Learnt concepts and worked with Hudson server client. • Imported and exported data/test cases onto HPQC 9.2 and 10 from an excel sheet.

• Desktop and laptop software installations and Technical troubleshooting. • Network handling over LAN and WAN. • Worked on CRM tools like clarify, remedy and siebel one view. • Have experience working with International clients – (British Telecom) communicating through phone, email and chat to resolve their issues. • Assisted Incident Manager in tracking incidents logged with the team.
