I architected and developed a 300W modular motor controller for a robotic arm for Low Earth Orbit operations. I designed the full half-bridge power stage including gate driver selection, MOSFET sizing, DC-link capacitor design, and inrush protection. I also implemented dual current sensing with hardware short-circuit protection and performed hardware calculations covering thermal management and switching losses.

At Maxwell Energy Systems, I developed high-voltage battery management systems for automotive applications. My responsibilities included redesigning isolated flyback converters, optimizing EMC performance, debugging hardware failures, and performing root cause analysis for production systems.

As a Powertrain Electronics Technical Head, I'm responsible for planning and Managing the Powertrain department timeline. I administer the Battery Management system and work with the High-voltage system of the car. I'm the certified Electrical Vehicle Safety Engineer of the team and responsible for the electrical safety of the car. Integration of high voltage system which includes a battery pack, motor and Motor controller.

As a junior member of the team, I had a lot of exposure to the electronics system of the car wherein I designed and developed multiple safety-critical low-voltage PCBs and auxiliary safety circuits for the high-voltage system of the car. I simulated and tested various logical and analog circuits on simulation software such as Proteus, LTspice and TinkerCAD. I manufactured the Low voltage harness of the car and worked with the harness manufacturing industry where I got to learn about multiple industry-level
