• Maintain, adjust and correct pricing across multiple systems as required, including Zuora, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Perform ad-hoc pricing analysis: analyze customer, network, country or / and product level using SQL Workbench and Tableau BI to review pricing rules and performance • Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to discuss pricing issues and pricing systems issues by using Confluence and JIRA, including workflow optimisation using Apps Script in Google Suite

• Conduct OTB (Open-to-Buy) seasonal analysis every six months and reconcile Profit & Loss (P&L) statements using Microsoft Excel • Develop Brand Performance Report (BPR) for every brand using Microsoft Powerpoint • Facilitated communication with marketing managers to develop promotions aligned with inventory health • Advise routine key decisions about stock control, ensures stock availabilities in 24 channels store

• Build product data into barcode for up to 76 brands and 90 categories • Convert and manage all operational activity into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) • Liaise internal help desk for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) & operational policy • Formulate barcode system & data mapping using Microsoft Excel • Lead routine on the field inventory checks and adjustment

• Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to process and convert product data into barcodes using Microsoft Excel • Generate and imported product data CSV into the internal system • Manage purchase order, internal barcode system, data mapping, internal back office and POS system • Conduct on-site inventory audits to ensure accuracy and precision

• Prepare administrative documents to facilitate the timely receipt of imported goods in Indonesia • Oversee and evaluate the punctual delivery of imported goods • Administer customs duties for the importation of goods into Indonesia
