Hotel Novotel & Adagio, Abidjan Ivory coast -Develop and coordinates project documents and ensure they meet Client requirements and Standards -Collaborate with other disciplines regarding coordination issues and common design tasks -Ensure that project is completed on time and meet all requirements of the Design Brief -Provide technical support to site teams and resolve architectural related issues on site -Support/Assist QS, procurement, and senior team members in their project planning & reporting.

-Undertake independent residential/administrative projects and renovations. -Produce conceptual design as per client requests, determining budget and materials. -Prepare architectural & ID detailed drawings including mood boards and 3D rendering. -Inspect design and supervise construction site periodically

New Facilities For The Juveniles Project (site), on behalf of UNODC -Supervise and verify site architectural works in full conformity with all project’s contract documents and implement design on-site -Coordinate all aspects of submittals, review and approvals with team and when applicable advise on deviations -Liaise with the Design Architect for directions on project issues or clarifications -Prepare detailed architectural drawings

Jabal Omar development project,Makkah Al Mamsha project,Sharjah SAB Holding offices, Jeddah Villa (1),Jeddah Villa (2),Tabuk -Produce and review detailed ID drawings -Coordinate design with structural and MEP departments -Create design solutions to problems which occur during the construction process -Strive to ensure all work is completed with accuracy of high quality and delivered in a timely manner -Meeting effectively the requirements and expectations of client -Design development & 3D Rendering.

-Provide supporting expertise regarding design reviews and other architecturally related tasks. -Prepare massing proposals, presentations & drawings for potential sellable lots & development briefs. -Follow up permits approval and inspect design progress. -Ensure designs are in line with relevant codes and standards. -Coordinate with internal disciplines and team members. -Conduct other tasks as instructed by the department manager and the urban division manager.
