Diana Biberger

Actindo is one of Europe’s leading providers of Digital Operations Platforms. As part of the team I am responsible for managing efficient office operations in a hybrid work environment, optimizing onboarding, offboarding, and travel processes, and overseeing employee equipment, mobile devices, insurance matters, and order management. My role also includes improving internal workflows and coordinating company events as well as various internal projects.

My responsibilities included coordinating appointments with customers, suppliers, and service providers, managing incoming mail, email correspondence, and telephone communication, and handling all travel management tasks. I was also in charge of coordinating shift schedules, served as the first point of contact for both existing and new customers, and performed a wide range of general administrative duties.
