-Market research, profiling and standardization of procurement procedures for the country wide network of stores and warehouses (113 stores and 2 warehouses) -Identify possible providers and negotiate all operational contracts: utilities, various equipments, furniture, service and maintenance, insurance coverage's, etc. (Including the legal procedures for the market authorisation).

•Planning and coordination of all maintenance activities for the country wide stores network (74 units at the time),including the necessary capacity to cover the forthcoming expansion activities
