Having started as a developer focusing on modularization of the legacy system, I moved on, to leading a team of 9, in July 2016. Since then, I am ensuring the business roadmap is delivered on time, while focusing on reducing lead time and improving efficiency in existing processes.

Short time spent on building a Hybris product for a dedicated customer.

My main task at FriendScout24 was to aid the Lead Architect in restructuring the existing system into an application oriented architecture. Some interesting tasks were bringing up a Jenkins environment through Puppet manifests, migrating projects from Maven to Gradle, performance testing or creating new RESTful APIs.

Having started as a junior developer, I was promoted to a Software Architect position in October 2008 and shortly after, I got the opportunity of leading a team of 4 developers into delivering valuable features to the company's children educational platform. The main technologies I have worked with here: Java 5, Spring 2.5, Hibernate, Maven, SQL, Mockito, JUnit. I was also one of the persons improving the CI in Jenkins and work took place in an Agile Environment starting 2010.
