Development of BSH-TR employees in terms of BSH competencies, via appropriate qualification measures, in accordance with company targets Identifying development needs in line with corporate targets and providing, applying appropriate measures Planning of personal and technical trainings based on development need analysis Conducting performance management process Conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) and preparation of action plans based on ESS results
