Directing the hotel sales team in achieving the rooms revenue goals as laid out in the hotel Marketing Plan as well as taking responsibility for all rooms sales, banquets, solicitation of new business and implementing sales action plans set forth in the Marketing Plan. Novotel Bogor Golf Resort and Convention Center has been awarded the traveler’s choice 2015 from Tripadvisor.

Report directly to CEO in managing, designing and improving hotel's sales and marketing strategy, the quality of selling, revenue management and pricing strategy including enhancing e-commerce and system contribution in the group. Maintains national sales marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Providing sales marketing solution and feed back to hotel's owners. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Report directly to GM, as main responsible for establishing and directing the marketing and sales activities of Novotel Semarang including advertising and public relations. To maintain and improve the whole hotel business segment from corporate, leisure, MICE, publicly online to ensure revenue growth as well as GOP from time to time. To set the hotel positioning as reflect in RGI performance and become the prefered hotel in the city.
