The project –team consisting of 7 international student –consultants, focused on the topic of „Rethinking customer service – What insurers can learn from InsurTechs to excite their customers.“ We developed a strategy to achieve higher and sustainable customer satisfaction for insurance companies. Therefore the team worked with industry relevant best practices and information provided by Zurich Group.

- Planning, implementation and analysis of paid performance campaigns ( Facebook Ads) - Integration of new performance marketing channels into the mix ( Outbrain - and Taboola campaigns) - Content management of social media channels - Creation of monthly newsletter - Planning and support of presence at international trade fair in Italy ( Pitti Immagine Uomo)
