Since April 2011 I develop a lot of Android applications for Telecom Italia. I teach what I know to new entry developers in order to let them become a fully qualified part of my team. I'm also responsible to evaluate the new resources. My main reached goal is that when I first started working for my current company, this was not in the Android business at all, but I brought in many new skills to the point that now the mobile application development is the Engineering main activity.
