Aligning software development, architectural skills and an operational perspective to solve non-trivial issues at the application and operation levels. Two main activities in place: - Architectural design and implementation along with a small team of external developers of event driven service with a REST API - Leading an initiative to increase availability of critical systems with software and application engineers

The activities were more related to align the efforts of the teams to deal with BAU activities, improve observability and migrate services to AWS cloud. - Gradual services migration from on-premise data center to AWS with zero down-time - Yearly PCI assessment coordination - Implementation of initial SRE metrics in some critical services - ELK solution as a log management platform to better observe systems health (RED dashboard metrics) - Customer communication of availability and incident reports

Responsible for helping the teams to design, planning evolution, implement and ensuring adherence in all critical systems of the company to an architecture that is aligned with the current business needs and future strategical vision. Others activities were related to action to engage engineering team into a more formal decision process and architecture documentation.

Acting as a tech lead, architect and developer during this period, using specially java as the main tool. Responsible for lead the team that developed and maintained critical systems since 2010 and helping to design and implement an architectural shift, moving from a monolith to microservice. Last activities where focus on leading the improvements of the microservice solution with new technologies and concepts like CQRS, Event Streaming and Reactive Systems.

Responsible for the design and implementation of Catalog system and also researching new solutions to company's old problems like massive log process with Hadoop map/reduce and hierarchy data structures with Neo4J graph DB

Design, implementation and maintenance of backend system responsible for customers monthly billing.
