Quality responsible of the product integration of the new 3 series model for plant SLP. Successful leading of quality processes in the technical integration and plant departments for the vehicle project. Coordinate the product and functional integration together with the simultaneous engineering teams for the effective problem cause analysis and their derivate measures. Steer the validation teams for the early detection of process and product failures during launch.

Work with multiple cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential and actual supplier manufacturing, warranty and quality issues. Provide problem solving leadership for exterior commodity through Red X strategies. Develop robust long term solutions to different problems as they arise and work with suppliers to address practical problem solving issued and ensure robust countermeasures. Support launch of new truck vehicles in the plant. Follow up engineering change implementations.

Properly feedback to assembly operations as a result of quality performance, work together with production, processing, manufacturing and maintenance to address quality issues and develop action plans to prevent recurrence. Comply with Built with Quality requirements, ensure that verification stations through the process have the tools, documentation, standards and training required for product validation.

Responsible of the Stamping Quality System, coordinate team works of operating areas in order to strengthen the stamping operation process from the preventive stage, improved measurement processes, product control and containment activities for strengthening the system through lessons learned. Monitoring the supplier’s performance, establishing improvement plans with them, as well as monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions implemented. Promote Quality Culture.

Ensure proper implementation and monitoring of the IQS, Manufacturing System and corporate requirements, in order to meet and satisfy customer requirements and quality targets. Acting as an intermediary between the areas to ensure response to quality events or problems requiring the production and maintenance participation. Coordinating teams from the different areas responsible of monitoring and confirmation of products as well as undertake measures to reduce and eliminate discrepancies in the product.

Steering of resources to comply with production requirements to satisfy assembly lines, according to the quality standards and health and safety requirements. Monitoring tasks related to the collaborators safety, staff training, development of risk analysis and inspections to detect unsafe conditions. Control and monitoring in the reduction of defective parts through the application of statistical tools, documentation of quality control system and continuous improvement of the processes.

Support for the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System and its certification under OHSAS 18001, training in risk analysis to the department leaders, identification and verification of legal requirements and the planning to implement them, establish the methodology for measuring and evaluating the system and its integration with the Quality Management System, development of courses and material relating to safety, system management and the related rules.
