Fully responsibility for Quarterly reporting and Rolling Forecast and extensively involved in the Planning process. Countries: Italy, Poland, Turkey, Greece, Slovakia, Brazil. Redesigned and streamlined the quarterly closing process, working files, Quarterly Report, Rolling Forecast, and additional information. Provided accurate and reliable support on the overall Planning Dialogue in all phases of the process.
