Founded and runs an independent AI automation practice. Designs and builds automation systems for small business owners including n8n workflows, Supabase-backed backends, AI chatbots for WhatsApp and Instagram, and voice AI agents. Full ownership of discovery, technical build, delivery, and client relationship.

Owned and operated an eco-tourism cabin rental business in Coyhaique, Chilean Patagonia, across two periods (2018-2020 and 2022-2025). Managed end-to-end operations including guest bookings, all-inclusive package logistics, on-site infrastructure maintenance, and supplier coordination.

Co-founded and built a restaurant business from the ground up in Coyhaique, Chile, covering concept, menu, operations, staffing, and day-to-day management. Sold full stake in 2022; the business continues operating under new ownership. Hands-on experience building a service operation from zero including process design, supplier management, and team coordination.

Worked as on-site administrator for an eco-tourism company in Chilean Patagonia, managing two remote facility locations (Puerto Bertrand and Bahia Exploradores). Responsible for day-to-day operations, guest logistics, and on-site staff coordination in remote, infrastructure-limited environments.
