Responsible Black Belt for 4 locations in Asia (3x China, 1x Japan). Based for > 12 months in Shanghai, CN. Supplier partnering projects in Hungary and UK. Chairman’s Award of Innovation 2005.

Automotive Industry: Research & Development. Standardization of components and systems. Project lead for supplier partnering project ZEV. Intense OEM contacts, especially DE/JP. Global responsibility of the company's intellectual property, especially patents, licenses, development contracts, NDA/CDA.

Heterogeneous Catalysis: basic testing and scale-up experiments for converting terpenes to p-cymene under influence of Pd-silica catalysts.
