Main responsibilities are to execute recruitment processes for our clients on a European level. The process itself involves initial briefing with the Client or the Senior Management to define the candidate profile for the position and client needs. Place job ads, activate sourcing channels, screen through the social networks, such as LinkedIn, Xing, Monsterboard, Experteer, Viadeo, Google+. Screen, select, interview and evaluate potential candidates that best fit to the client needs.

My main activities are being responsible for the total execution of an international recruitment process, from search strategy to final selection for multinational clients; Defining initial search strategy from advertisement sources to direct search; Performing telephone interviews, personal interviews and assessment to evaluate candidates; preparing presentation on a multimedia report
