Responsible for setting up, according to Basel II rules, Permanent Supervision, Risk and Control Self Assessment, Key Risk Indicators, Business Continuity Plan and Crisis Management, Internal Losses database, Anti-Money Laundering.

Member of Executive Committee. As Head of Audit, I built an audit team in accordance to Société Générale's audit standards and supervised audit missions according to audit plan. As Head of Controlling, I was responsible for setting up an analytical accounting system, responsible for all evolution requests concerning accounting software (1C v. 7.7), in charge of HR reporting, monthly financial reporting to Head Office in Paris.

Sent by a French mining company in Ukraine to supervise the financial system of the subsidiary (35 people), I completed monthly and quarterly financial reports in IFRS, adapted the subsidiary’s accounting system to the Group’s reporting system, set up a management control system, and prepared the annual budget and forecast.

As part of an auditors’ team, I audited banks, customers, suppliers, loans, capital, fixed assets sections from various industries such as industrial companies listed on the Paris’ stock market, private hospitals, supermarkets, financial institutions, plants.
