Leading public and private deals to secure financing for the real estate portfolio of HSBC Finance Corporation. • Led public deals to raise funding for the company in the amount of approximately $5B ($6B of collateral). • Led private deals (new conduits, existing conduit renewals and private placement) to secure funding of several billion dollars for the real estate portfolio. • Developed “all in” cost of funds analysis for Real Estate, Credit Card and Auto products to account for cost of each structure.

Supporting senior treasury management in making decisions regarding all major treasury aspects: structured financings and other funding initiatives, research, negotiations and reporting, interest rate risk forecasting and hedging, and profitability analysis of new products and services. • Led a tax lease deal study to monetize VW's loss carry forwards and secure cost effective funds by selling tax benefits to third parties. Study resulted in an opportunity to raise funds at LIBOR –110 basis points.

Structuring and monthly production of investor reports for owner trust, whole-loan, and multi-seller transactions. Operational support of new debt issuance throughout bonds’ entire life cycle (from closing through redemption). Representation of company Structured Finance group in monthly meetings with company treasurer. • Led operational efforts in $1.5B to $12B expansion of asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) program. • Created and implemented a model for more efficient commercial paper issuance.
