I focused in my PhD thesis’s on the application of the democratic imperative of Governance, which are tools like justice between employees; in addition, the participation and representation of the employees in the decision-making process, as the organization’s reasons are oriented on these main issues. For example, the organization focuses on the involvement of the employees through their suggestions with creative ideas, their recommendations, &feedback in the implementation of the activities.
