Started as a CRM domain expert. I moved from strength to strength to work in capacities of SAP CRM Project Manager & Solution Architect. Worked on three end to end projects in High-tech & Automotive sectors. These projects provided me with an exposure to work in various sectors along with an opportunity to travel & work in the Americas

Started out in Customer Services, Opportunity took me to an extensive involvement in the enterprise level CRM implementation, BOT process -essentially Business transformation
