Driving business in 4 Hilton Hotels in Abu Dhabi/ Al Ain and also selling Hilton Hotels globaly. Increasing room revenue and also room nights and post year on year growth.

Selling Conference, Banquetings and Events. Assisting the Director of Business Development in setting budgets, setting targets for the banquet sales team. Fully involved in the operations of the events. Among conferences, Gala Dinners, product launches the best and prestegious events handled are VW Gold Car Launch, Poppy Ball (Earl Hague Charity Foundation heald at the British Ambassadors residence- Abu Dhabi with 600 guests) and Russian State Balet performence.

Assisting the Reservation Manager to optimisse the productivity. Focusing on yealding and revenue maximization. Handling the GDS booking channels.

Taking special care of Executive Floor guest. Maximising Revenue, Training 3 butlers and 3 receptionist and getting them to deliver the Hilton Standards

In addition to the front desk operations, training of the team members and making sure that the hotel standards are implimented.

Daily operations of the front desk and credit controll for the inhouse guests.
