-To Lead Design Team of 5 Engineers for Various Design and Development activity for Spain and India Projects of the plastic parts using Catia –V5 of the visibility system such as Head lamps and Rear lamps, CHMSL, LPL -Coordinating with Thermal simulation, Optical, Mechanical, Rheology simulation and Process validation committee. -Experiences in working with PLM, JRS, Q-Checker, TMS and CMMI level-5 process. -Responsible of lead-time of tasks by respecting projects milestones/dead line.

 Modeling of Automotive lighting parts and their child parts in HQ’s R&D.

 Assist Press Tool and Mould design team for detailing of the elements using CATIA V5 R16.  Implement the design changes in production processes  Electrode planning and Review with Design team on concepts & Layout.  Took corrective action for any deviations in product from customer feedback  Development of stage drawing preparation for sheetmetal components.  Involved in tool design and detailing for components.
