Management without personal responsibility. Tasks: Designing components, writing lay-up manuals and daily overseeing work in the composite workshop. Responsible for new process technics, materials, technic specifications and quality of the products. Material plan, disposition and quoting.

Tasks: Managed the build of all composite components for the Porsche GT1 Le Mans race car. My position was a versatile, e.g. designing in liaison with a highly skilled dutch Composite Design Engineer, writing lay- up manuals and final hands on work to assemble the two Le Mans race car bodyworks including aerodynamic under trays and rear wing.

Production patterns, tools and components from composite materials for race cars, bicycles and industrial applications using autoclave, vacuum and wet laminate technics.

Aircraft inspection and repair.

Practical and theoretical training including: Building patterns and moulds for aircraft composite parts, repair of aircraft composite components, production of metal mountings and installation of electric systems. Basis training in aerodynamics and aircraft technics.
