From Desktop Market Research through Roadshows including local entities to acquisition of first orders and long term service contracts with major customers in the industry. Set up of local sales activities. Handover of activities to local entities. Co-ordination of sales and engineering efforts across several entities within the group.

Setup of Marketing and Strategic Planning processes for Segment GEA Heat Exchangers, including internal and external communications.

Setup of Marketing including Strategic Planning Processes on Division Level, Co-ordination of Marketing Activities of all companies belonging to the Division worldwide.

Responsible for Sales of Milking Equipment in Near/Middle East, Africa, Korea and China. Setup and Management of Dealerships.
