Since 2013 I was managing a project of 1.6 mln Euros, a very complex project with many actors involved, with 2000 thousand users and many interoperability forecast to implement. Managed teams up to 35 technical and functional specialists. Ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules and budgets.
