-Hardware (server, storage, FC switches) installation and maintenance for customers -Storage and server initial configuration (RAID, datastore, LUNs, networking) -Installation and setup of VMware ESXi and vCenter in internal company data-center. -Designing and implementing AD infrastructure as a part of company's IT services consolidation project -Preparing the O365 environment for migration from ISP hosted exchange system.

- Providing customer support for Windows OS computer and server infrastructure, handling various application installations and troubleshooting. - Participating in customer related projects, Server OS upgrades, domain migrations, Veeam backup implementation. - Handling bare-metal server installations on VMWare and Hyper-V platforms, configuring NAS devices. - Providing network support and troubleshooting on Cisco Meraki based network systems. - Supporting client's hosted and O365 exchanges environments.

-Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for very diverse and complex server (Windows, VmWare, Linux) infrastructure. -Handling server installations, upgrades, migrations. -Organizing and working on update and patch installation on Windows and CenOS servers and ESXi hosts. -Following on daily/weekly backup processes and restores. -Working on incident and request ticket resolution from internal users and customers based on a strict SLAs and in a timely manner.
