Integrating business processes built on the Camunda Platform with partner systems using a custom OpenAPI platform developed in a reactive style using the Spring Boot framework.

Project name: ARIS Working with another Software AG product - ARIS, a tool for modeling and automation of business processes. Main tasks are programming of ARIS reports using JavaScript syntax and automation of ARIS application management tasks via scripting.

Project name: Business enabling Platform (BeP) Full stack application development based on the webMethods Product Suite (BPMS and Integration Server). Automation of corporate business process (Demand-to-Operations), which demands human decisions depending on the user roles. Creation of GUIs using CAF UI.

• Development, testing, deployment and support of integration solutions for Enterprise Service Buses (ESB) based on the technologies ”IBM Websphere”, “Software AG webMethods”. • Business processes automation based on “Software AG webMethods” and “Camunda Platform”

Gathering of statistics about message flows through ESBs using the product “HP TransactionVision”. Learnt, how configure the product. Organized the process of development and delivery. Much attention was paid to automation of programming. Code for standard solutions was generated by scripts.

Development and maintaining of ESBs for the companies T-Systems and Deutsche Telekom based on technologies of IBM Websphere (generally ”IBM WebSphere MQ” and “IBM WebSphere Message Broker”). Working as developer of integration solutions. Experience with other products made by IBM for development process organization (“IBM Rational ClearCase” and “IBM Rational ClearQuest”). Extended knowledge in XML, SOAP, XPath, etc. Also, learned much about principles of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Working as Last-Level-Support specialist during development of a Siebel based CRM-system for Deutsche Telekom AG. My tasks were dispatching of support requests, statistics gathering and reporting about their resolution

Working in the department “Global Service Desk” providing 24х7 technical support for users of the company. The shift was passing in the direction: Montreal -> Kuala Lumpur -> St. Petersburg.

Modification of the intranet site of the department “Automation & Drives”. After the task had been completed successfully, I worked on upgrading of the department’s DBMS.
