Achievements: • Retained a significant customer, worth 11% of the Company’s annual revenue, by conducting a technological audit and proposing IT solution availability improvement measures and deployment strategy changes. • Under my supervision, within just 2 months, initially estimated at 6 months, a new IT solution was implemented for a government institution.

Managed 2 software engineering Teams of 17 people located across Europe (Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Serbia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine), responsible for implementing a new company-wide service. Achievements: successful launch of the service, and substantial improvements in Teams’ maturity and morale.

Provided end-to-end technology service for the Business Unit, encompassing solution delivery, application maintenance, and business engagement. The Business Unit’s revenue was $1.6B in 2021, with over 23M payments and 30M money transfers processed daily. MAU metric for the bank's iOS and Android applications exceeded 60M. The app ratings were constantly above 4.8 out of 5. Payments and transfers were the most frequently used app services, as 87% of the app launches were for making a payment or a transfer.

I led the setup of a country-wide Faster Payments System. Achievement: within just 6 months, I turned the project idea into an implementation

Achievement: Successfully delivered the Bank's first cloud solution, SAP Success Factors, enabling Talent Management processes for 200K+ Sberbank employees. The project was completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.

Achievement: The success rate of the 30+ waterfall projects portfolio exceeded 90%

I was among the first team members to build the retail bank from scratch. In this capacity, I led a team of 15 BAs. Achievements: • In 2010, managed third-party loyalty program integration with 10M+ clients. • Implemented credit card top-up process in the retail stores. The 3-step process involved 8 integrated IT solutions. • In 2013, carried on SMS banking service implementation, allowing clients to conduct simple transactions via SMS

Achievements: • Successfully implemented a Data Warehouse, generating 12 regulatory and 20+ management reports. • Implemented a third-party HR management suite within a tight timeframe of 4 months and an allocated budget.

Achievement: successful implementation of a back-office platform for equities, stocks, and derivatives, seamlessly integrated with the core banking system and various front-end solutions, processed 10K deals daily

Achievement: Designed and developed one of the first online banking services across Russian banks. The MVP for retail customers was launched in just 4 months
