Among others, Headed and accomplished the implementation of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Implemented Predictive maintenance strategy that led to a reduction of unplanned maintenance costs. Prepared and executed as a Subproject Leader a capacity extension
 project on time and in budget.

Among others, Implemented a preventive maintenance strategy in several production plants that led to a significant decrease of unplanned equipment breakdown. 
Launched SAP PM/MM modules to plan and control maintenance and material management processes. Resulting in a costs transparency, minimizing time for work scheduling and planned downtimes.
