In a company I was responsible for direct marketing communications. - Developed email marketing strategy; - Established inner documentation, connected with direct marketing; - Prepared content and tuned such auto emails as 1) abandoned cart; 2) abandoned product view; - Making tasks for all commercial email sendings - writing copy and design guidelines;

Was managing projects connected with email and CRM marketing. Overall organising of email communication process for agency clients. From brainstorming and making a strategy model to implementing specific tools - promo sendouts, trigger emails, push notifications, etc.

Account manager. Business development. Generating new paying customers (about 15-20 monthly); Customer success - helping customers to efficiently use features of the platform; Development of a knowledge base about a platform functionality

Sales and account manager. Sales operations. Sales (system and additional email marketing services); Negotiations with the clients; Outsource emailing; Churn rate minimisation; Customer's accounting; Project management: connecting with the clients and with creatives (copywriters, designers, HTML- developers, etc).
