From the company foundation I was implementing agile software development and later took over responsibility for development process in Yapital - innovative, cross-channel, mobile payment solution. I raised cross country development team (7 scrum teams, architects and devops engineers). Established architecture processes and policies. Adopted SOA and built SOA runway. Established technical debt management process and integrated security processes in SDLC.

General responsibility - building nearshore development team for Yapital GmbH. Implementation of payment platform for online, POS and mobile payments. I built nearshore development team, managed recruitment process. I was ensuring SDLC, architecture requirements, engineering practices, test code coverage agreements and continuous integration. Controlled release packaging and harmonised deployment process.

Architecture, design and implementation of projects related to private banking. Engineering of scalability, performance and availability requirements.

Multi-tier architecture design, implementation of airline/AIRIMP standards, integration with Amadeus GDS, support of PNR/EDIFACT protocols.

CMS/Java web developing. Data management, EMC Documentum, Webtop, Business processes/workflows design and developing.
