 Responsible for all daily operation activities relating to the assigned stock area: delivery handling, inventory control, arranging, storing and issuing items  Planning and forecasting of items to be purchased according to operation needs  Lead the store following the management instructions and safety standards  Preparing monthly total income, outcome and current balance inventory report (based on “Tally” and “NAV Microsoft Dynamics” accounting software)

Coordinate to warehouse team in stock house and in the head office to improve and support the store system Checking and indenting need in store to ensure all operations will not delay Assistance in scanning and digitalizing all documents for instant access Assistance in real-time data providing to all warehouse team and customers Assistance warehouse staff in a packaging and transportation concerns Items arrangements in a store based on temporary, short or long-terms
